Shambhala Sadhana

Sun November 17th: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

In Room(s): Small shrine room

The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice liturgy recently developed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a means of deepening our confidence in, as well as our personal and social connection with, Basic Goodness. How do we recognize basic goodness on the cushion or off, whether joyful or depressed, in pleasure or in pain, awake or asleep, alive or dead?

This is a self-run practice. Please check this spreadsheet to see if an umdze has been confirmed to lead the day's practice.

This is a self-run practice. We would like to invite qualified umdzes to volunteer their time by signing up on this spreadsheet.

If there is no umdze confirmed for the day, please assume that the practice is cancelled.

Practices are scheduled for every third Sunday of the month. Check the monthly calendar for updates.
